Exchange Policy

  • Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was in when delivered. Items must be in the original packaging with some form of proof of purchase.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your item(s), we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, debit card, or original method of payment. Approved refunds are submitted to your bank instantly. The time it takes to receive the refund will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

  • Exchange Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

  • Processing: Orders are processed 24 hours a day, 365/366 days per year. Immediately after your order is placed, the 48-hour processing time begins, and you will receive a notification of shipment at the end of the time period.

  • Shipping: Shipping times vary and can be found below. Our email notification system keeps you updated throughout every portion of the shipping process. You will have access to everything that you will need to track and receive your package safely.
