Thanks for shopping at Alpha Locker Strength and Conditioning Corp. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was in when delivered. Items must be in the original packaging with some form of proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once we receive your item(s), we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, debit card, or original method of payment. Approved refunds are submitted to your bank instantly. The time it takes to receive the refund will depend on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing: All orders are reviewed and processed for shipping within 1-2 business days. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates for your order are automatically calculated by weight, and final shipping charges are displayed at checkout. We offer a three tier shipping system with the maximum shipping charge per order being $5.49.
Delivery Estimates: All orders are set to arrive 3-5 business days after processing. If you are experiencing a delay, please contact us with your order number.
Delivery Range: We ship to the United States and Canada.
When your order is finished processing, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours. Alpha Locker Strength and Conditioning Corp. is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. Alpha Locker Strength and Conditioning Corp. is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to immediately file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
